Step By Steps Installation of Linux on VMware

In this step by step tutorial I’m going to show you the installation of Oracle 11gR2 on OEL 5.5
As in every my step by step tutorials, I use VMware virtual machine, so here also I start with creating a virtual machine.

Hardware Requirements

HIG relies on the prior installation of VMware Workstation and Oracle 11gr2 Database.The hardware requirements of these components. See the “Hardware Requirements” section in the component installation guides for more information.

In addition, each Virtual Machine requires a minimum of:

2 GB (2048 MB) of RAM

12 GB of Disk Space

 Step01: download and Install the VMware Workstation first. 

SO with that linux Operating System installation Completed.
